  • One of the oldest suspension bridges in the world, Punakha Suspension Bridge in Bhutan was believed to be built by the Buddhist Monk, Thangtong Gyalpo.This ancient hanging bridge is draped with prayer flags all along and provides a perfect spot for bird watching and nature photography.This historical bridge is worldwide known for its picturesque appearance.
  • Bhutan's currency is the Ngultrum, whose value is fixed to the Indian rupee. The Indian rupee is also accepted as legal tender in the country.

  • Spring (March to May): Great for trekking and seeing rhododendrons in bloom.
  • Autumn (September to November): Best weather conditions and the time for festivals like the Paro Tsechu.
  • Winter (December to February): Cold but less crowded, ideal for those who enjoy winter landscapes.

  • Day 1 : Arrival and Transfer to Thimphu after Permit formalities
  • Our representative will receive You at Bagdogra Airport or  NJP / Siliguri Railway Station.  You will be assisting for the transfer via Jaigaon to Phuentsholing . After preparing permit etc - Transfer from Jaigaon / Phuentsholing to Thimphu - 180 kilometers – Nearly 6 – 8 hours , The drive will take guest along the Paro Chu (water or river) downstream to the confluence with the Wang Chu next the road bends upstream and travel along the Wang Chu to Thimphu - One can experience breath taking view of Mount Everest, Kanchenjunga and other famous Himalayan peaks including the sacred Jumolhari and Mount Jichu Drake - Check into hotel – Evening free to roam around Mall or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Thimphu.

  • Day 2 : Thimphu Local Sightseeing and Night stay at Thimpu
  • After Breakfast Full day local Sightseeing like, The National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma Statue, Changangkha Lhakhang, The motitang Takin Preserve, The National Library, Painting School, Bhutan Textile Museum, The Clock Tower etc. Evening free to roam around Mall or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Thimphu.

  • Day 3 : Thimphu – Punakha and Night stay at Punakha        
  • After Breakfast transfer to Punakha via Dochula Pass, Punakha Dzong and Punakha Suspension Bridge which is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the world and worldwide known for its picturesque appearance. Overnight hotel  in Punakha/Wangdue.

  • Day 4 : Punakha – Paro and Night stay at Paro
  • After Breakfast transfer to Paro via Simtokha Dzong, National Museum of Bhutan, Rinpung Dzong, Drukgyal Dzong, Paro Airport View and  Kyichu Lhakhang It is also known as Kyerchu Buddhist Temple,Kyichu Lhakhang is a pilgrimage place as it is part of 108 temples which was built by the king ,it’s very old and very beautiful and most visited  monastery in Paro. Overnight Stay in Paro Hotel.

  • Day 5 : Paro Sightseeing and  Night Stay at Paro
  • After Breakfast Paro Sightseeing “Taktsang Monastery” Bhutan’s most iconic landmark and religious site.  Taktsang monastery is also known as  “The Tiger’s Nest Monastery”. This temple clings impossibly to a sheer cliff face 900 meters above the Paro Valley.Taktsang Lhakhang is located approximately 10 km north of Paro town at an altitude of 3.120 m. To reach the temple visitors must trek for around 2-3 hours through beautiful, shady pine forests. No trip to Bhutan would be complete without a visit to this stunning heritage site. Overnight Hotel in Paro.
